This is a Thai mango, commonly consumed green. At the green stage, it is crunchy and sweet.
At the ripe stage it is fiberless, super sweet and floral with no tart component, like most Thai mangos. The fruit is small, oblong, and turns a light yellow at maturity.
If you could bite into a mango like an apple, this one is it! The flesh is firm and crisp, with considerable juiciness and texture. At the green stage, it is crunchy yet sweet, not sour. Taste evokes the flavors of green apple, orange and toasted macadamia nuts.
The trees are moderately vigorous growers with spreading, open canopy.
Keow Savoy is an early-to-mid season mango in Florida ripening from June into July.
