Please note that due to state regulations, we reserve the right not to ship certain items to specific states. To ensure the health of your plants, we ship from Monday to Wednesday. 

Your trees are shipped directly in the whole original dirt pots they were grown in. Remember, it's crucial to unwrap and remove them from the box as soon as possible to prevent any potential damage. Avoid immediate direct sunlight to ensure their well-being. When unpacking, start from the bottom end of the box to protect the foliage.

Rest assured, we meticulously package our trees to minimize transit risks. However, if your trees do arrive damaged, please contact us promptly. We're here to assist and work with the delivery service to take the necessary actions. Your satisfaction and the health of your plants are our top priorities.
