The Fruit Punch Mango is considered a medium to large tree. Fruit Punch Mango Trees have a moderately vigorous & somewhat spreading growth habit. With an active pruning regimen, these trees can realistically be kept between 10 – 15 ft tall.
Fruit Punch mangos weigh between 1-1.5lbs. A perfectly ripe Fruit Punch Mango is one of the most beautiful mangos that you’ll ever see. It looks almost like a dragon egg with it’s red top (like fire!) along with a yellow and/or green bottom.
As one cuts into the fruit, they will be greeted with a sweet syrupy smell that is reminiscent of Hawaiian Punch. The flesh of the fruit is a yellowish-orange color with a nice firm texture, similar to that of a pear. It is completely fiberless and juicy flesh.
Fruit Punch Mango is a very sweet and classic-flavored mango. It has just the perfect level of acidity for it to have a nice and complex flavor. The result is a well-balanced taste comprised of many different fruits’ flavors (lemon, pineapple, green grapes) creating a level of sweetness similar to what you’d expect from eating a fruit cup or drinking Hawaiian Punch.
