NAGAMI kumquats are oval shape and grow to ~2 inches. They are completely edible and very versatile in the kitchen. Instead of the pulp, the sweetest part of this citrus fruit is actually the peel. The Nagami offers a distinctive taste and texture that makes delicious marmalades, preserves, and dried fruits. The entire piece of fruit is edible when the fruits turn to beautiful orange - the skin is sweet while the pulp is tart creating a delicious contrast.
