• Similar to other Indochinese mango cultivars including Nam Doc Mai and Carabao, Sweet Tart Mango’s have a very distinct and floral aroma. The fruit’s orange flesh is fiberless, firm, soft & juicy. As the mango continues to ripen, the flesh will transition to an even deeper shade of orange. The flavor is nothing short of amazing, a flavor bomb with intense richness and complexity, its strong tart component like that of a candy that gets balanced out by a big punch of sweetness.
• The trees are vigorous growers with somewhat vertical growth habit.
• Sweet Tart is proven to be very resistant to mango bacterial black spot of the fruit.
It is a mid-season mango ripening from July to August.
