• Cotton Candy Mangos are considered medium to large fruit that can weigh between 0.75 – 1.5 lbs.
• Cotton Candy has a complex aroma that is very similar to Gary Mango (one of it’s parents) but with an additional scent of citrus. Cutting into the fruit will reveal a completely fiberless and orangish-yellow flesh.
• Cotton Candy is a delicious, intensely sweet, and classic-flavored mango. While the fruit doesn’t actually taste like cotton candy, it does have an insane level of sweetness similar to cotton candy. Depending on how ripe the mango is, one may experience a slight acidic component that can also give the fruit a slight coconut-like flavor.
