Commonly used in recipes from great foods to refreshing drinks, and even for herbal/medicinal uses, the peel is very thin and fragrant while the fruit itself is sour and has a very great unique citrus fragrance and taste. They are used green or once they’ve ripened to a beautiful yellow orange.
